A six‑lamp heating tunnel (6 × 300 W lamp tubes) delivers controllable drying with recommended curing temperatures around 90–120 °C and a platform temperature near 75 °C, ensuring even powder melt without scorching the film. The mesh‑belt conveyor with integrated take‑up unit keeps film tracking stable as it moves through powdering and curing, reducing manual handling and improving repeatability on long runs.

The ADL07K12’s compact footprint—around 161 × 94 × 95 cm—means it fits through standard doorways and into tight production spaces while still providing an all‑in‑one powder, cure and take‑up solution for 60 cm DTF lines. Operating at about 2900 W on AC 220 V, 50–60 Hz power, and designed for rooms in the 18–30 °C and 40–60% relative humidity range, it integrates easily into typical shop environments without special infrastructure.
