The Audley 8033‑X5 UV DTF Printer is a 2‑in‑1 A3‑width UV DTF system optimized for speed, featuring three high‑performance Epson F1080‑A1 printheads. With its integrated printing‑and‑lamination design, it can effectively double throughput compared to many single‑head A3 UV DTF units while still producing finished transfers directly from the machine, reducing labor and floor space.

Like the 8033‑3, the X5 configuration supports a print width up to about 300 mm and works with UV DTF film and soft advertising materials up to roughly 1.5 mm thick. The all‑in‑one workflow prints the design on UV DTF film, applies white and varnish layers for opacity and finish, and laminates the AB films in the same line, so transfers come off ready to cut and apply to cups, bottles, packaging, electronics, signage and other products. This makes it well suited for shops that need to handle larger daily volumes of UV DTF stickers and wraps.

Ink configuration remains C+M+Y+K+Lc+Lm with white and varnish channels, giving you a wide color gamut, smooth gradients, strong white coverage on dark substrates and the ability to add gloss or spot finishes. Dual LED UV lamps with an air‑cooled curing system help maintain low substrate temperature while curing ink quickly at higher speeds, and the Hoson board plus Photoprint RIP provide a reliable platform for multi‑layer, roll‑to‑roll UV production.

The 8033‑X5 runs from a Windows PC with an Intel Core i7‑9700K‑class CPU or equivalent AMD processor, at least 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD plus 1 TB HDD storage, gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.0 connectivity on Windows 7/10/11 64‑bit. It shares the same compact footprint and packaging as the I1600‑U1 variant—about 182 × 76 × 73 cm and 150 kg machine weight—drawing around 1200 W, so it drops into existing studio or print‑shop environments with minimal infrastructure changes. This configuration also comes with a one‑year warranty excluding the print heads and ink path, and lifetime support, making it a strong choice for shops prioritizing higher UV DTF output with an A3‑format machine.
