The Audley 8194‑3 I3200‑E1 configuration is a 1.9 m dual‑head eco solvent printer designed for high‑volume, high‑quality roll‑to‑roll production. It can print on non‑woven fabrics, flexible films, lightbox sheets, canvas, adhesive‑backed PP paper, photo paper, car stickers, transparencies and many other materials, making it a versatile workhorse for sign shops, print providers and advertising companies.

With two Epson I3200‑E1 eco‑solvent heads, the 8194‑3 delivers up to about 135 ㎡/h in 2‑pass mode and 80 ㎡/h in 4‑pass mode, while still offering a maximum resolution around 3200 dpi for detailed graphics and sharp text. The 1900 mm maximum printing width supports standard 1.8 m media for indoor and outdoor signage, wall graphics, wallpapers, vehicle graphics and backlit displays. A CISS continuous ink supply system feeds CMYK eco solvent ink and helps minimize interruptions on long runs.

Fore and rear two‑stage heating combined with a dry‑and‑fan system stabilize ink laydown and drying, helping to control dot gain and ensure good adhesion on PP paper, lightbox film, photo paper, car sticker vinyl, wallpaper, leather, light cloth, flex banner and sublimation paper. The printer is designed to operate at around 18–35 °C and 40–70% relative humidity for consistent performance with eco solvent inks.

The 8194‑3 I3200‑E1 connects via network cable and includes Maintop RIP (with Photoprint available as a paid upgrade), running on a Windows PC with an Intel Core i7‑9700K‑class CPU or equivalent AMD processor, at least 8 GB of RAM, a 128 GB SSD plus 1 TB HDD, gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.0 ports under 64‑bit Windows 7/10/11.
