The Audley F1908 Sublimation Textile Printer is a 1.9 m wide industrial transfer paper printer designed for high‑volume fabric and soft signage production. With eight Epson I3200‑A1 print heads and up to 3200 dpi‑class resolution, it delivers vibrant CMYK color, smooth gradients and crisp detail for sportswear, fashion, bedding, curtains and fabric banners.

The 1900 mm print width and rated speeds of about 320 ㎡/h in 1‑pass mode and 160 ㎡/h in 2‑pass mode give you the throughput needed for serious production while still allowing finer pass settings for demanding designs and photographic work. An industrial feed and take‑up system is built to handle sublimation paper rolls up to roughly 250 mm in diameter and around 180 kg, helping maintain accurate tracking and reducing wrinkles at higher speeds.

To support long runs, the F1908 uses large 4 L ink bottles for each CMYK color and includes damper heating to stabilize ink viscosity across varying ambient temperatures. This combination improves jetting stability, color consistency and uptime over extended shifts. The printer draws around 7.5 kW for the main engine plus 5 kW for heating and operates on 220 V or 110 V at 50/60 Hz, making it suitable for many textile production environments with appropriate electrical capacity.

The F1908 integrates with Windows‑based RIP workflows and typical production PCs—an Intel Core i7‑9700K‑class CPU or equivalent AMD processor, at least 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD plus 1 TB HDD storage, gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.0 ports—running 64‑bit Windows 7, 10 or 11. It ships in a crate roughly 389 × 190 × 135 cm with a machine weight around 1100 kg, and includes a one‑year warranty that excludes consumables such as the print heads and ink system, plus lifetime support, giving textile shops a robust platform for scaling sublimation production.
