The Audley 2513 UV Flatbed Printer 10‑G6 is a 2.5 m × 1.3 m industrial UV platform designed for maximum speed and flexibility on rigid and semi‑rigid media. Built around up to ten Ricoh Gen 6 printheads, it supports advanced color‑white‑varnish and color‑white‑color configurations so you can tailor the head layout to your exact production mix of signage, décor, packaging and specialty products. An integrated visual positioning system is available to improve registration on multi‑piece jobs, irregular shapes and repeat layouts.

In its 4‑Gen 6 base specification, the printer runs two heads for CMYK, one for white and one for varnish, giving you strong underbase coverage and premium spot or flood coatings. The 10‑G6 configuration expands that concept with additional heads for higher speeds or extra color/white/varnish channels, while maintaining the same 2500 × 1300 mm print area and maximum material height of around 100 mm. Draft, standard and high‑precision modes deliver approximate speeds of 28 m²/h, 21 m²/h and 14 m²/h respectively, allowing you to dial in the ideal balance of throughput and detail for each job.

A heavy‑duty vacuum flatbed keeps large boards, panels and multi‑up arrangements stable throughout printing, while the UV water‑cooled curing system ensures efficient, low‑heat curing to protect plastics, composites and temperature‑sensitive substrates. The printer’s automatic material‑thickness measurement feature probes the substrate and sets the print height accurately, reducing the risk of head strikes and helping maintain consistent quality across mixed media and varying thicknesses. Combined with the optional vision positioning system, this makes the 2513 10‑G6 a powerful platform for complex, high‑value work.

The system is driven by a Shanghai Royal control board specified for Ricoh heads and uses Photoprint RIP software for color management, multi‑layer printing and workflow control. It is designed to run with a high‑performance Windows workstation—typically an Intel Core i9‑10900K‑class CPU or better, 32 GB or more of RAM, one or more M.2 SSDs plus a 1 TB HDD, and gigabit Ethernet—to ensure smooth handling of large, multi‑layer UV print files. Like the 4‑head variant, this 10‑G6 configuration carries a one‑year warranty (excluding print heads and ink system components) and long‑term technical support, giving serious production shops a scalable UV flatbed solution that can grow with demand.
