The Audley 8073‑3 UV DTF Printer is an all‑in‑one UV DTF system that combines printing and direct laminating in a single, streamlined workflow. It uses three Epson I3200‑U1 UV printheads with CMYK+White+Varnish ink to produce 3200 dpi‑class transfers on UV DTF film, then laminates in line so your designs are ready to apply with strong color, opacity and surface protection. This integrated approach saves time, reduces handling and helps maintain consistent, high‑quality results.
With a maximum print width up to about 600 mm and support for thin soft advertising materials and UV DTF films up to roughly 1.5 mm thick, the 8073‑3 is ideal for cup wraps, bottle graphics, product labels, small signage and custom decals. UV DTF transfers from this machine can be applied to a wide variety of materials—metal, glass, ceramic, plastic, packaging boxes, leather and more—without needing shaped jigs or molds, making it especially useful for irregular and small objects.
The standard workflow prints the image onto “A” film (which carries the adhesive layer), including white and varnish passes to build opacity and gloss, then uses a small hot laminator to bond the “B” film on top. After laminating, the “A” film is peeled away and the finished UV DTF transfer is pressed onto the target surface, delivering a bright, durable graphic with a smooth finish. This makes the 8073‑3 a strong fit for personalized customization in both small batches and mass production.
Built on a Hoson control board and Photoprint RIP, the 8073‑3 supports advanced color management and multi‑layer UV workflows while remaining easy for operators to learn. It connects to a Windows workstation with an Intel Core i7‑9700K‑class CPU or equivalent AMD processor, at least 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB SSD plus 1 TB HDD storage, gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0/3.0, running Windows 7/10/11 64‑bit. The printer ships in a crate around 224 × 84 × 114 cm, weighs approximately 260 kg, and comes with a one‑year warranty (excluding print heads and ink system) plus lifetime support, giving shops a compact, powerful UV DTF platform for high‑margin custom products.
